Where in the World Is Tom Kenaston?

After years of dedicated service on the Springdale Planning Commission — including serving as chair — one of Springdale’s own has found himself in an unexpected place: Nebraska, under quarantine after being aboard the now-infamous hantavirus cruise ship.

The good news is that reports continue to be positive. Out of an abundance of caution, health officials are taking the situation seriously, but the virus is not easily spread from person to person. Even though the CDC is choosing the time-consuming ‘better safe than sorry path,’ Springdale should be welcoming Tom home again soon. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Tom.
