Regular Planning Commission Meeting

last Wednesday, October 21, 5 pm at the CCC to discuss:

1. Mr. Wendell Burnette requests Design Development Review approval for a single-family home with an accessory structure at 201 North Fork Drive, and a single-family home at 211 North Fork Drive. Staff Contact: Niall Connolly

2. Public Hearing: Trista Rayner requests Design Development Review approval for a new 11-space parking lot and associated landscape improvements beside Meme's Cafe, 975 Zion Park Blvd. Staff Contact: Niall Connolly

The discussions were brief and the whole meeting lasted under an hour. Planning Commission did not vary from their typical modus operandi of noticing and hashing out the details. The two items had been discussed previously, and so were both approved since both applicants and complied with instructions given them from Commission.
