Approval of the Special Meeting Agenda

A. Announcements/Information

Tom Dansie: Springdale will have a Community Open House on Wednesday, June 10th from 4-6pm at the Canyon Community Center.

B. Consent Agenda

1. Appoint Niall Connolly, Director of Community Development

2. Appoint Kyndal Sagers, Town Clerk

C. Administrative Action Items

1. Discussion and possible direction to staff regarding the development of a building to house a medical clinic on property adjacent to the Town Hall, parcel S-137-C.

Staff contact: Thomas Dansie.

  • Council unanimously decided not to go forward with any new medical building on parcel S-137-C;
  • Council directed Staff to explore options to enhance the current medical clinic, including a modest, modular structure (on the same site) that could potentially increase space;
  • Council discussed other potential uses for parcel S-137-C. Tom Dansie was tasked with creating a public input forum to collect ideas from residents regarding what the Town could do with the land.
