Planning Commission met last Wednesday, September 2, 2026 for their regular work meeting with the only item on the agenda being: Discussion about potential amendments to clarify Chapter 10-15F of the Town Code (Geologic Hazard), specifically clarifying the requirement for geotechnical investigation reports in the Geologic Hazard Study Area.

They had their typical detailed discussion and decided to consult experts to ascertain whether certain numbers in the requirements made scientific sense.
