2. Resolution 2026-09: Amending the schedule of fees charged for services provided by the Town of Springdale. Staff contact: Thomas Dansie. Approved Unanimously. Council directed Staff to examine and evaluate the Private Events cost for a Police Officer where additional security or police presence is required and to examine the Grading Permit application fees, as appropriate.

3. Review and possible action regarding a RAP Tax funding Agreement for the Zion Canyon Art Festival. Applicant: Adrienne Gates. Staff contact: Thomas Dansie. Approved Unanimously4.
